Send me an e-mail at [email protected] describing your order, your e-mail must be titled as "commission (your username)". The more specific, the better! write your requirements in bullet points so it is easier for me to read. I will send you an invoice and will start working once the payment goes through.I will give you real-time updates on the early stages of your order, I will send you wips so you can tell me if you need adjustments. However, once I start to finalize your order, I won’t do any more modifications.
If you can't afford the commission and require a refund, or i stopped working on it (whether it be because of health problems or other issues), I will be giving you a certain portion of the money back depending on how far I was, along with sending you what I managed to work on.
if the commission has to be interrupted, 80% of the sum will be refunded in the early stage, 60% when in the mid stage and 40% in late stage.

once you own an adopt:
Adopts are for PERSONAL USE ONLY. not commercial.
YOU MAY create variants of the design if you wish them to be part of a species, as long as it's for personal use.
YOU MAY alter minimal details, such as palettes or other small features. DO NOT alter it to the point it's unrecognizable from the original design.
DO NOT resell the design without notifying me first.
